About this site
This website lists gemstones and lets you send an enquiry about them. It is not a shop: no order is formed and no payment is taken through the site. Listings are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer.
Enquiries and orders
A sale is only agreed once we have replied to your enquiry with a firm price and availability and you have confirmed you wish to proceed. Prices, availability and stone details may change before that point. Payment and delivery are arranged directly and are covered by the terms in your order confirmation and the Shipping & Returns page.
Descriptions and images
We describe stones as accurately as we can, including origin and treatment. During the current build, photographs are placeholders and are marked as such. Screen colour varies between devices; request additional photos or a video before committing.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the enquiry form to send spam, abuse, or automated submissions.
- Don’t copy the site’s content or images for commercial use without permission.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
